As soon as my lease is up, I'm out of here. I've had nothing but problems since I moved in. To begin with, the apartment wasn't ready on time. The carpet wasn't even vacuumed, let alone cleaned, there were rotted boards under the kitchen sink, the cabinets had a layer of cooking oil splashed on them, there was grout and paint flakes on the bathroom floor, and the heat ducts are so full of dust and dirt that it must've been years since they were last cleaned. And I had set my move-in date a month in advance!! One of the maintenance guys said he couldn't believe they wanted me to move in under those conditions. Not only that, but I was told that the kitchen cabinets were going to be replaced as well, which they weren't. I refused to move in until they replaced the carpet and cleaned up alittle. They made me wait an extra week to move in and the only improvement was a new carpet and a piece of shoddy plywood slapped under the sink - oh and some shiny new knobs on the cabinets, like that makes it all better. Everything else was still disgusting and to top it off, I had to fight to get them to prorate my rent for the week I couldn't move in!!
I've complained twice about rotted wood in my doorway and nothing has been done. The apartment is ready to fall apart. The particle board cabinets are coming apart and leaving a coating of sawdust on my dishes. The window screens are held in place with a pair of old nails and the wind blows right through the windows. The wall is separating from the ceiling in several places, which I also reported and nothing has been done. I'm waiting for the day that the whole apartment just crashes down on my head.
And for those of you who said the walls are thin - you ain't kidding! I can hear the guy downstairs yawn when he gets up in the morning, not to mention the things I hear at night when he and his girlfriend are feeling "amorous".
Snow removal is sub-par and most residents on my street end up shoveling their own walks.
And the kicker - they want to raise my rent $35. Yeah, right. The only reason I would recommend these apartments is if you are short on cash but want to live close to King of Prussia. And if you don't mind the occasional piece of plaster falling on your head. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Hey hun. If your ceiling is separating I would definitly tell the office about it. Several ceiling have fallen in that place over the past year.
