Lots of spacious closets. Large living room and bedroom. Good size kitchen. Bathroom is very small and has no cabinets except for the mirror cabinet on the wall above the sink. Balconies are very close together ? almost touch one another. I like the private entrance and there is lots of parking. The wall a/c unit in the living room is very old. It freezes up and leaks a lot. Garbage disposal in the kitchen breaks frequently. Toilet is slows to flush and clogges up from time to time. Water temperature changes quickly and drastically depending on what time of day you take a shower but the pressure is good. Sliding glass door screen falls out sometimes. Apartment is always very hot, even when the heat is off and the windows opened in the winter. A very sunny and spacious place to live. Independence Crossing accepts cats for a very small monthly fee. Maintenance responds very quickly to calls, even on weekends and evenings. Office staff is friendly. Neighbors are extremely quiet ? never heard a peep. Safe area. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants as well as Rt.29, which is not far from 202. Have not used the pool so I don?t know what that?s like.
