Ihave not been living here a year yet but I will say in general I do like it. As many other apartments, they have good side and bad side. Bad side is that the walls are thin. You can hear everything when your upstairs neighbors have kids who run all over the apartment; no central air only window air conditioner. Good things, is the shower has great pressure, they pay for heating and hot water and they don't hold back on the heat. In the winter the apartment warms up pretty fast. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. If I have something that needs fixing, they have someone there the same day or the day after. Its quite, and nice. They almost look like townhomes, you have your own entrance. Lots of parking and they have a their own pool for the residents and their guests.
