The hot water is included, which is nice, BUT when I'm in the shower I often have to hop back because the water gets ice cold or scalding hot for a brief moment. Definitely wouldn't want to have children in a shower like that. Besides the blue tub is something from the 70's and has mold growing through the caulk (I think they caulked over the moldy seams before I moved in).

Maintenance is horrible, I have requests from six months ago that weren't fixed, including an unsafe patio rating. Once again, glad I don't have children or that I am not elderly.

They are upgrading the place...but they seem to choose unreliable contractors. I had to clean my closet out for some wiring to be run - they were supposed to show up on a Thursday or Friday. THey didn't come until Tuesday of the next week, not a big deal, just had to deal with contents of the closet in the middle of my floor for a few extra days.

They also replaced the windows this summer. I had to move everything away from the windows and patio door for a scheduled Friday installation. A bit inconvenient - I live alone, so I had to get help, but I knew it'd be worth it. Moved all o fthe furniture and removed my window ac unit. Well, they didn't come that Friday - no note, no nothing. The following Monday evening I had a note in my door saying that they would be there that Wednesday. So I had to live with my apartment as a cluster and no window AC for several extra days. I guess Westover gets what they pay for and I get what I paid for.

Can't wait to move out of here! Don't get me wrong, the place has some good points, but not enough for me. It is true that the walls and floor/ceiling are thin!!
