Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The complex had some serious electrical and water problems.
We are almost in November, and in the mornings, (at times) we dont get hot water in the Shower and kitchen. We have complained many times, and nothing permanent has happened yet.
The apt also has electrical problems - voltage fluctuates a lot and there was one time earlier this year when we did not have electricy in the entire complex for almost 3 days in a row.
The location of the apartment is nice, but on a scale of 1-10, i would only give it 5.
If you can take the cold water while getting ready for work, and no electricity when you are home (meaning no cooking, no microwave, no tv, no a/c, no computer), I would say go for it. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
