I have lived here for 2 years and I havent had one good experiance. As everyone has said before, the walls are so thin! I can hear the guy next door opening his fridge, the guy downstairs watching tv at nite...its bad.

The wall AC unit is about 20 years old. Air blows out from only 1 half of the unit. Costs me a fortune in the summer. Since I moved in I have complained to the management about it, they still have done nothing.

We had a bunch of rain this past summer, it all leaked through the overhang above my front door, I have massive water stains above my front door. The wood swelled from the water and I could barely open or close my door for 3 months. Yes I complained and when they finally came out, it didnt matter, it was fall and the wood went back to normal size.

We had maintenance come into our apartments to do something w/ the nails in the crawl space. I came home from work to see a huge crack going from 1 side of the apartment to the other. One of the guys stepped thru my ceiling and didnt bother mentioning it to anyone. I waited 2 weeks for it to get repaired.

The carpets suck - they say they replace them every 7 years - mine looks like its been through WWII. They swear up and down that my carpet was replaced in 2004. Yea rite!

There are no lights at nite, very unsafe. The laundry rooms are scary...def not a place for a young lady to be at nite.

I put my 60 day notice in to move out. Aparently I calculated wrong and was 1 day shy of 60 days. Instead of allowing me to change the date on my written notice, they charged me $40.
