Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
free heat and hot water

the heating systems must be 30 years old too. this is my first winter here - the temperature never matches what I have it set to. Its currently 18 out, I have my thermostat set for 68/70, it is currently below 60, but the heater is running. Won't spend another cold winter here!
