We lived there for a year, we didn't find anything to bad other than trying to leave. We gave in our 60 day notice, we checked up with them 30 days till move out, and they said they "Never got it". They told us it would be okay to give it in now without any problems. I gave that to them, a week before move out they said they either never got our 30 day notice or they lost it. Plus they renewed our lease without telling us. We had to pay for the next 2 months plus lost our deposit. I will never go with this company again! I can understand one lost paper, but 2, thats unheard of. And instead of making us pay the two months in the old rent, the made us pay the new rent for the year. We at the time could hardly pay the old rent. Never Never again.
