Moving into these apartments was the biggest mistake me & my partner ever made! We thought they were perfect when we first moved in, until we discovered that our apartment was infested with bed bugs! The bugs were somewhere in the apartment building before we moved in and they infested all of our furniture. We had to throw out 2 beds, 2 sofas, a recliner, plus all of our bedding (comforters, sheets, pillows, etc). Westover had a company come in and spray our apartment 4 times and the bugs still weren't gone! After 3 months of not being able to live in the apartment, Westover said they would move us into a different apartment, but then they said that they wouldn't be responsible if the other apartment had bed bugs. So we had to break our lease and move out. We are in a fight with Westover to compensate us for all the rent that we paid when we weren't able to live there (3 months total), not to mention all the furniture we have to replace. They are refusing to reimburse us. They said they would give us 30 days worth of rent money, but that's it. And FYI- our apartment was not the only one that had a problem with bed bugs. Save yourself the aggravation and just stay away!

Yea, I got bed bugs from you people. My apartment was fine until you two moved in. Bed bugs don't just show up like ants or spiders. Someone has to bring them in. Do some research on bed bugs and you'll find that out. And it definitely didn't help that you guys left your nasty bed bug infested items on the patio for weeks. You guys are the gross ones.
