What the heck!!

I went over to these apartments to check out a 2bed unit. The gentleman over there gave me all information. A week later I called back to enquire if that apartment was still available. A lday picked up and I gave her my name and asked if the apartment was still available. Instead of responding or asking for more information in order to be able to answer my question, she goes, 'I don't know who the heck are you and what the heck are you talking about. Hundreds of people come over to look at apartments'. I was amazed at her answer and the way she is already treating a potential tenant. I wonder how they treat the existing ones.
