I lived in these apartment for 1 year, management has restrictions on kids toys that they are playing, if kids left the toy outside, you will get a notice next day. When I left the apartment, I washed the carpet, carpet was looking almost new brand but these gyues charged me $600 . The color on wall was good still they charged. The furniture in kitchen was very old. We found bugs (looks like mellipede but not mellipede), cockroaches in bathroom. They dont care your complaints. The complaints are attended as per their mood, it may take one week to several weeks. The maintenance guy enters directly in the house without knoking or prior information. Laundry is horrible, many times washers/dryers not working. Laundry is too expensive. Overall, rating is very poor. The big thing is that they were awarded for best apartment.

I think they tell you to pick up your kids toys so the landscaping company doesn't chop them up in their mowers.
