I lived in Knollwood for 9 months and had to break my lease because I was being transfered. When I told the leasing manager she proceeded to tell me that she knew she shouldn't have rented to me and on and on. I had never been a bad tenant, I was hardly ever home and payed the rent on time. Also, the heat was turned off to do "maintenance" without prior notification for the most part of a week, during the late fall and it was cold. I have to admit the location is nice and the apartment was okay but there's better out there. I would suggest making the drive to another city.
