Most of my neighbors are very considerate of other residents. The complex has a very good maintenance and landscaping crew. This place always looks great. The manager is wonderful. Although the office hours are a little inconvenient he is always happy to help you with placing a work order or when you need laundry tokens. Maintenance is very quick to respond. The appliances work well, but the cabinets are older. I enjoy having a seperate dining area which I couldn't find at other apartment complex's. I have enjoyed living here so far and hope to live here for several more years!
