At first I hated the idea of sharing a common entrance but it's given me a chance to meet my neighbors. They are great people. They have washers and dryers in the buildings so I don't have to go out to the laundry mat anymore. Snow is plowed quickley and one of my neighbors actually shovels my car out for me. The bedrooms are large and I don't have to go far to pick up my mail. I've really enjoyed the last 5 years here. The rent is reasonable and doesn't go up too much each year.
