Not all it could be

The biggest problem with the apartment is that it needs to lower the heat, the heat was turned on in September and did not get turned off until April. I had to keep the windows open all winter long because it was so hot. Even though the management company was nice, they didn't use the money to update the windows... All of my windows are being propped open by something else like a book or a stick because they can not stay open on their own. They are also raising the rent by more than $30 towards the end of the year. This apartment was okay, but nothing special, unless you want quiet neighbors who don't usually bother you.
