Quiet you say' I don't think so. These walls and floors are so thin you can hear your neighbor scratch their head. If you don't mind children running around thumping on the floor above at all hours of the day and night and having another neighbor play their rap music from 11:30pm to 6:45am and another set of neighbors who are always yelling and screaming at each other so that I know their complete sexual history. How fun! I heard this place was mostly a quiet establishment made up mostly of seniors so I moved here thinking I would have some peace and quiet. I understand this IS an apartment, but I am never able to get a good night's sleep ever! Parking is horrible. They said when I moved in there is two space per apartment. HA! I'm lucky if I can come home and find a place to park, let alone have parking for a second person. The heat is terrible! The living room and dining room are an oven before the bedroom even is above freezing. The cabinets are ancient and the carpet is so low I may as well be walking on the plywood beneath it. The security door is never locked and your front door is the same kind of door that is on the bedroom. It's so thin anyone who wanted to get it WILL. My suggestion to management is to secure the building a little better, fix the heating problem, upgrade the cabinets, kitchen floors, windows, carpeting and screen your residents a little better before letting them in.
