I lived at Knollwood for about 2 years after I was out of college. It made a great first apartment. I got to know most of my neighbors and the maintenance men were so friendly. It was convenient living less then a block from the grocery store too since I didn't have a car for my first 3 months there. I moved out when me and my boyfriend bought a house, but I would recommend living there.
