I lived here for 7 months. One of the worst places I've ever lived at. They would even charge you for breathing if they could.
-Snow removal sucks.
-The rent is due by the 5th. If you are one hour late, they'll charge you $50 or so. Even if it's your first time.
-They didn't tell me this when I was giving my two month notice, but after I had given them the notice I asked for two extra days and they charged me $50 per day. Double the daily rent. NOT FAIR.
-You have to pay $2 per load to do your laundary.
-The person at the office is rude and thinks she is the president or something!
Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Most apartment places have a rent due date. I live at Knollwood and rent is due on the 1st. They give you and extra 4 days just to be nice, so stop being a deadbeat and pay it on time. I agree snow removal here isn't the best, but the laundry is only $2 to wash. The dryers are free so no complaints there. PS. Hold over rent is in your lease so is the date your rent is due and the 5% late fee they charge. And no one's rent at Knollwood is $1000, so there is no way your late fee was $50. You should have read about that before signing it dude.
