My boyfriend, my young daughter and myself have lived here for 7 months and we've had nothing but issues. 1. Our heat rarely works because it is controlled by the office and the offices only suggestion was to get a space heater so I have to pay more for electric because they wont come in and fix the problem of the baseboard heaters having air in the lines. 2. ALL of our faucets are screwed up, we can barely get in a 5 minute shower because the faucet wont shut off when you switch it to shower and all of the hot water drains out, I've told them about this numerous times and it is still not fixed, their idea of fixing it was to turn up the boiler. 3. The walls are less than paper thin so if your neighbor sneezes you can say bless you and they'd hear it. 4. The office manager Karyen has the biggest God complex I've ever seen, it took her a month for her to do something about my broken oven but only after another manager from Westover called her to ask her what the issue was. She has a major attitude problem and is rarely ever in the office so if there is ever a time when you have the simplest of questions you're ---- out of luck. My advice for someone thinking of renting here is RUN! It's really not worth it! Oh and the maintenance workers here are dumber than rocks and I have no idea how they got the positions they leave their things in your apartment after working on it and when you move it it has barely been cleaned from the last tenants. Oh and as for doing your laundry you're better off going to a laundrymat they charge you $2 for each washer use and while the dryers are free they usually take 2 or 3 runs before your clothing is dry and they only have 1 washer and dryer for 9 units and you can't use the facilities after 10p.m. so you have to fight to be able to get your laundry done.

The price of the washers is pretty good considering the dryers are free. Of course.. that is WHEN they work. They definitely need some more. Not nearly enough for the whole building.
