My boyfriend and I just moved out b/c of all the issues we had. The first was the maintenance. We had someone try to break in to our apartment by cutting the screen out of our window. I called maintenance 8 times to come out and fix it. When we left it was still broke, it has been like that for 3 months. The apt had mold in the bathroom, when maintenance came over to fix it all they did was paint over. It came back, it was like that for about a year and I called a few times a month. The outside hallways are always a mess. Some of the other residents were crackheads( literally) they would bang on my door @ 4 in the morning and cops would always be called out to their apt. The office is only open Mon-Fri from 1pm-5pm so trying to get over to see someone was really hard for me cause I work a 8am-5pm job. The women that works in the office is also very rude. They have trees that drip this sap all over your car and then when you come out in the morning there is tons of bees all over your car.Overall it was the worst apt living experience I have ever had. Good Luck if you try to move in there. Oh and there is only one washer and one dryer for 30 apts and ppl would take out my laundry even if it was still running.

I hear ya about the washers and dryers and even the maintenance staff, but I never experienced vandalism or attempted break ins. I've lived here since 2001 and never see the cops there except when they pull people over from Rout 23. They just hired a new maintenance guy who really seems to know his stuff, thank god because you are right, the maintenance before was horrid.
