You really don't want to live here. It's govt. subsidized, so rent is cheap, but it's more like a halfway house. You get a single room that's the size of a matchbox, share a bathroom with your neighbor, and share the kitchen (it has 2 fridges, stove, all that), from which people constantly steal your food, but the staff that oversees the place will not do anything about it unless you catch someone in the act of stealing and/or eating your food.

The sole maintenance person here works hard to get what needs to be done done, but one person for over 50 units' You figure it out...The management company waits until it's time for the annual state inspection to do any major work around here, like fixing a stove or anything really big. The rest of the time, you must wait MONTHS for anything to be fixed.

And the people that live here...Well, if you like people that spread rumors 24/7, and gossip about others 24/7, then this place is for you!

The waiting list is 1 year to get in, but if you're totally desperate, go ahead and get on the list!!!

All in all, it's *ok* for the price you pay, but that's it. Otherwise, find a DECENT place to live.
