Madison at Westridge Gardens

I never knew this site existed. As a tenant of Westridge, I find it interesting that there's such a mix of comments. I do agree with many of them, and thought I'd add my own.

Apartments are apartments. They are temporary living as you grow and improve your life, establishing equity, etc. Who really plans to live in an apartment all their life. For a temporary stay, the apartments are decent, but overpriced for so called luxury living.

There's not enough storage for us, but it's probably ok for one person.

The plumbing is terrible. The pressure is weak and you can hear your neighbor's every flush, shower, you get my drift.

There are no doorbells, which makes it very difficult to hear someone at your door when on the second floor.

There absolutely should be one assigned spot per apartment. Would it cost too much to paint numbers in the spots for us?

The on site management is rude and unprofessional. She cares more about making friends. She has spoken to my wife about other tenants, and seems to take great joy in making life miserable for those she dislikes. The job requires someone to be unbiased, not enjoying an ego trip.

All in all, there are some improvements to be made on site, and with management. i would not recommend Westridge until steps are taken to rectify these issues. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
