I was a resident at Westridge and felt that my rights were violated. I had several problems and felt that for the amount of rent that you pay, NPI should assure quality, courtesy and respect. Hopefully, NPI will learn from their mistakes and make Westridge the community it once was. I do think that NPI needs to address the rental agent's unprofessionalism. As a tenant, I do think I was treated with disrespect and feel my rights were violated. It's a shame management ignores these complaints.
