Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
my apartment (ground level) was infested with bugs, especially spiders. grounds not kept well, still a pile of mulch in the parking lot for over 3 years now. many tenants are disrespectful, my building doors are always propped open and one night the fire extinguisher was thrown through the glass doors. the mailman in this area is extremely rude, always ringing your buzzer, even when you don't have a package. office was hard to get a hold of, especially since they transfered to boyd-wilson management. maintenance was good, with timely responses and thorough jobs.
