This complex was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. I would never allow my family to live in such trash ever again. Can you believe this place runs a nice apartment place like Eland Downe' Its no comparison. Maybe if someone cleaned up the trash that lives here it would be a start. Maintenance was almost impossible to contact. Even when we did reach them they made promises to show up but never did. Our apartment was falling apart. Water stains, rusty appliances, clogged drains, low water pressure, broken windows, trash in the hallways, domestice disturbances, strange smells, creaky floorboards, chipping paint, drug dealers, children left home alone for days, balconies are falling apart, not to mention the things that people think looks attractive to place on a balcony.
