Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Oakwood Manor is not a nice place to live. The Apartments are old and outdated. Things are falling apart and pieced together. holes in walls. There was a fire in one of the buildings last week and the smoke alarm in another building has been beeping because it needs a battery for weeks. Lights burned out in the building and lots. Drugs deals, cops.
