Sherman Court has a sign that says they have apartments available in the front of the building, yet when you go to the back of the building to go into the office, there is another sign that says "no vacancy". The office of course is almost never open during regular business hours so you can never view an apartment or call them to find out for sure if they have anything available. I have left several messages on their answering machine and have never recieved a call back. Fortunately I'll never have the opportunity to live there to experience a maintenance emergency and not be able to reach anyone. Here is a list of Apartment Complex's you can reach a real person at: Independence Crossing, Knollwood, Breckenridge and Eland Downe. Eland Downe is a nice place but they advertise as apartments although they are really more like townhomes and a bit pricy. Independence Crossing has a very friendly girl who answers the phone and answers any question you have and even gave me directions from Philadelphia. Knollwood is a bit small in the way of room sizes and I felt pretty claustraphobic,but the girl I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. Breckenridge is a run down complex that looks like it needs years of work to look even somewhat inviting,but at least you can talk to a person and find out what's available.
