I moved in last June. The apartment layout is very nice and the balconies are great. The kitchens are slightly smaller than I expected but it works out well for a single guy who doesn't spend much time cooking! Maintenance and staff are always available when you call and need something. The only problem I've had since I came here is the noise. The floors are very thin and have little to no sound proofing. I don't hear my neighbors upstairs next to me, but I hear my downstairs neighbor. I don't have noisy neighbors or anything, but I can hear everything! Conversations, showers, tv, radio, washers and dryers, and the sound of sizzling food on their stove. My neighbors tell me they hear everything I say and do as well. We try to respect each other with the noise level as much as possible, but there are some things that cannot be helped. I am unsure if I will be renewing my lease another year. The grounds are nice and I have enjoyed living here except for the ability to obtain privacy.
