Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I thought the apartments were very nice. I had new appliances and everything was up to date. I did hear my upstairs neighbor sometimes, but not enough to be a problem. There were children around, but I never thought they were running wild or being a problem. I have MAJOR issues with bugs and I have to say that in the year that I lived here I saw 5 crickets(in the fall) and 1 mouse. Any time I needed something repaired in my apartment the maintenance staff was very prompt and helpful. The water temp would tend to fluxtuate in the mornings when I was taking a shower, but that wasn't that big of a problem. I would very highly recommedn living here!
