I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are white trash and don't really care about your surroundings or belongings and don't want a minute of peace and quiet.

The children are absolutely rude, noisy and destructive, and the parents are never around to watch them. If you ask the kids politely to stop throwing balls or hitting baseballs at your window, to be more quiet, etc. you might end up with rocks or sticks on your porch, or any belongings on your porch might be destroyed.

Maintenance is pretty bad. It usually takes at least 2 trips to fix anything and on a few occasions they did not lock my door after being in the apartment to fix something. The grounds are pretty nice, as long as the kids don't destroy the flower beds and leave their toys everywhere.

The walls are so thin. I know what TV shows my upstairs neighbor watches. In general, the tenants are rude and disrespectful. If you try to ask them to be more considerate about the noise/problems, they tend to get worse.

I've lived here for a couple of years, and it wasn't too bad the first year, except for the noisy upstairs neighbor. But over the past year or so, the tenants keep getting trashier. I notice more police in the development and see a lot more minors (probably the kids other people comment about drinking forties in the parking lot. In general, I wouldn't even recommend moving to Phoenixville. Plus the rent keeps going up and I'm not paying $700 to live in a crappy area. I wasn't aware of the surroundings before I moved here, and now know to extensively research my next place.
