I have read some of these reviews and I would have to say I am very shocked!!
I have lived in the complex for 3 1/2 years and I never had any major problems.
Maintenance is very good always on top of things.
Snow removal--- they start shoveling before the crack of dawn so we have our sidewalks and parking lot cleared!
I noticed someone put something about the grounds, they have the best looking grounds around!! Tulips in spring and mums in the fall, beutiful grounds year round.
Laundry clean locked and very well lit.
As far as children go yes there are some but they are not out of hand.
When the kids are a problem we get a letter stating the situation is being looked into. But you have to remember you have to let kids be kids.
Great place to live and friendly staff.
