I stayed here for 1 year, the apt was ok. Had some issues with the heat system (bcos it's very old), which was fixed by the maint guys.

I returned my apartment in fairly good condition but the management still ripped me off around $500 for various charges. this despite the fact that we had done a walk thru of the apartment with the property manager the day we moved out. And it was told to us that everything was ok as long as we took care of some crayon marks made by our kid. We cleaned those up, but were still charged for re-painting and some other stuff which was outrageous. I have stayed in 4 other apartments during the last 7 years and none of them charged me any money when I moved out, So I'm very unhappy about this.

Looking back, I think I made the blunder of not getting anything in writing from them when they did the walk thru before we moved out. Just to let you know, so that you are better prepared than I was.
