We have lived here for a year now and just renewed our lease for a second year. The common complaint I saw on other comments is about noisy children. It's true. There are several families who do not watch their kids and let them do whatever they please. These are probably the same people other commenters labeled as "trashy". However, I've called down to the office before when they've been disruptive and the management took care of it. There are a lot of late teens/early twenties guys who attend a big auto tech school that was built not far from here. Some of their cars can be noisy but I've not experienced any other problems with these students. Maintenance is very quick to respond to problems. They are also very prompt about after-hours calls when the problem is more urgent.
