This is a poor excuse for living conditions even in the third world

-in September of 2006 Verizion was installing Fios Cable boxes we received a letter indicating that they would be in on the 26th they never came, how ever a week later I came home after work and my door was unlocked expecting to be greeted by my room mate, I instead was met by a contractor that informed me he had been here all day and was just finishing up.

-in late October of 2006 I was not able to work and my rent was going to be late. I spoke with a certain leasing agent on the matter and was assured by her that as long as I got my rent in by the 20 of November that there would be no problem this conversation took place on the 9th of November, during which I informed this person that I would be returning to work that Monday the 13 and should have no problem making a payment and I even agreed to a late fee, the next week I received a letter from the staff indicating that I was to pay court fees a late fee and rent totaling 570 dollars this came as a surprise but the next day I was greeted with a summons in the mail to the Chester county district court on grounds that I was breaking my lease so I confronted the woman in question and she told me to my face that she did not remember any conversation about pay arrangements for the 20th and I called her a liar she became loud and defensive I gave her my money and left in disbelief.

-in January 2007 and various other occasions we (my room mate and I) have been threatened with legal action for having a bike on the balcony which is absurd there is no bike rack in my building so after another conversation with the afore mentioned leasing agent I was informed that I should go to another building to store my bike.

The quality of these apartments is that of something out of a B movie hotel room.
The parking is terrible.
The snow removal is considered done when the sun is out.
If you have a problem don t depend on the staff to so much as lift a finger
And most every thing I have written has been echoed in other reviews

In conclusion save your money these are horrible apartments run by horrible people, if you know anyone that plans to move in do every thing you can to discourage them they will thank you.
