They kiss your butt to move in but one you are, you have all kinds of problems!
The rent increases every year $25.00-$50.00. It's like pulling teeth to get any maintaince done. They come into your apartment when you are unaware and I have actually had things come up missing. I had one of the maintance men peeping in my bedroom window as I was sleeping. Plus, mnay many more things! Its not worth your money or time to live here!!!!
An upset renter!
