I lived here for two years and if I could be closer to work without moving I would stay. That's pretty much my only complaint- it's too far from King of Prussia. But if you work in or around Phoenixville this is a great place to check out. The apartment itself is nice- not fancy or new but very well kept.
I didn't really have any maintenance issues that I can think of but they were working frequently to do routine stuff. And I will say that for anything- from roof work on any of the buildings to water work they gave you proper notice with a memo in your mail box. And by the way- if you read some of these reviews saying that they're "always" doing something that's a bit of an exageration. I mean God forbid they shut of the water for one hour at noon on a Tuesday. If you have regular work hours you won't notice.
They allow cats with a small one-time security deposit (which is so much more reasonable than some places that charge you rent- so ridiculous). And yes, the rent goes up by about $30 every year but isn't that the same everywhere you go'
The thing I liked best about this place was that I always felt safe- all areas are well lit, kids playing in the yard, no crazy neighbors, etc.
And Erica in the rental office is really nice.
So overall, I loved it here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place in Phoenixville.
