First of all, I would like to say that the person who wrote that it is against younger people is wrong - very wrong. I am only 23 and and my boyfriend is 25 and we got the apartment with no problems at all! The staff is great and the rental manager is very friendly and helpful. Every problem that we had with the apartment - all we needed was a call to the maintenance and either that day or the next day it was fixed! Maintenance people are very helpful and friendly. During snow storms, they are out immediately after the storm (or once it starts to slow down) to shovel you out and they also shovel up to your doorway (with salt!) Mostly it is an "older" community so it is very quiet and everyone is pretty much to themselves. I have had no problem with any neighbors - you can hear very very very little, just the normal day time activity, and that's pretty faint - but at night, you hear nothing. They have activities for the people in the community (like a newspaper for the community, a picnic, a get together and a Xmas party, etc.) They always run contests for the community for the holidays. They accept small pets ($10.00 a month extra)
Apartments come with a fireplace, off the counter microwave and a dishwasher.

I am very satisfied with the apartment (currently still living in it) and would recommend this to anyone.
