Don't fall for the "friendly" staff, unprofessional is more like it...as I've heard reiterations of issues being shared with other tenants. I do NOT think this a good place to live. You hear neighbors constantly, dogs barking all hours of the day and night, and a perpetual fight for parking spots.

The plumbing is horrible and far too many times I had the tenant upstairs leak crap water into my apartment. The service staff is unprofessional and not trained appropriately. Every service call took 2-3 visits.

I have edited this response. Within days of posting this I started receiving calls from the office staff; I don't need to be harassed about posting my opinion. Interesting that it is also when a stellar review was posted...

This looks like a REAL UNHAPPY person. She posted 2 ratings for Westridge AND Eland Downe! In both she is perpetually unhappy! Take these posts with a grain of salt. SOMEONE IS MISERABLE!!! Sounds like NOTHING would make this girl happy! Good luck finding a place that pleases you, your highness.

"Crap water"? That's disgusting. The plumbing is a problem, and we've had toilets overflow plenty, but to let it leak into someone else's apartment is despicable. Always go for a 2nd floor apt. It cuts down on the noise from people above and the possibility of poop on your head :) I am surprised about the comment you got for writing this. It's obvious who wrote it, and to track you down in your new home? Case in point.
