I have lived at Westridge Gardens for many years and when I read this I was in SHOCK! I called the management office to see if this was true. The manager read the post after I told her. She chuckled and said that no, it wasn't true. They had termites in two apartments and they were treated the same day. She said she followed up with the two tenants after the treatment and all is well. They treated the areas and replaced the wood. The moles, if any, were never reported. And RATS, I was a bit worried about. She stated no rats were EVER, EVER reported. She also said she would move if that happened. That made ME feel better! I am not sure what the bird feeder statement was and didn't even bother to ask her about that. I was happy I talked to her. I thought this was WAY out of the ordinary for someone to make such harsh statements. I have loved living here. I have never had a problem with the above mentioned, or for that matter, any problems. It is safe here and a quiet place to live. If someone is worried about their health and safety here, they are crazy! Plain and simple! Then move!

The office has never talked gossip or rumors to me. Although, the office did say they know who wrote this she didn't tell me who. The attorneys, she said, would handle it.

I love living here. Come and visit the property for yourself.

What is this post referring to? There are ants. There are voles (not moles) living under most of the bushes, but they don't hurt anyone. maybe someone confused one as a rat? I never saw termites or rats. Common sense, of course the management would tell you what you want to hear. You're better off checking with someone trustworthy though.
