I second the comments from Wanttocallithome. "Care to Comments" remarks were nothing but the truth and cannot wait to see the other responses it might receive. It is ashame the tennants have to use this type of communication to voice their concerns regarding the behaviors of staff. (This does not include the crew who fixes things around the estates.) I hope someone from their corporate office is aware these remarks are being made and they see the real situation here rather than fallacies.
