Reading the negative comments are very amusing to me.. I seriously can't say one bad thing about this place. If people are complaining about thin walls, then they must have extremely obnoxious neighbors. I have never heard a peep from anyone. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and the landscape is great as well. There are trees everywhere.. and amazingly enough.. NO bugs! I have never seen a bug once in my 6 months of living here. The property manager Val is very nice.. I'm not sure why so many people have such bad things to say. She says it like it is and takes care of problems.. which contributes highly to why this is such a nice place to live. She doesn't let people get away with being rude.. wow.. what a rude manager.. she actually cares about keeping people happy. And as for people being concerned w/ parking - ha! That is a joke.. there is parking EVERYWHERE! Which is prob. why there ISN'T assigned parking. If you are that disgusting that you NEED to have the spot directly in front of your door.. well.. that's sad. I def. plan on living here for the next 4 years until I can buy a house.. and I am 100% fine w/ that. I love living here and honestly cannot believe that anybody feels otherwise. Luckily nobody around me has barking dogs - so maybe that would be the only annoying thing.

Oh and one more thing - the maintenance people are friendly and efficient (but they def. stole something out of my fridge) - so watch out for that, haha. Guess they were thirsty.
