I'm very happy here. I don't love Phoenixville to be honest, but Westridge is a very nice community. My apartment has a renovated kitchen and the bathrooms are in new condition. Rooms are spacious. It's an apartment, yes, so you do hear the running of water from other units, but I attribute this to the water pressure (which I absolutely adore...best shower pressure I've ever had!) and really I have no problem with this. VERY quiet and peaceful. As a former Manhattanite, I never thought I'd get used to the silence, but it's nice after a long day. The grounds are well-maintained and parking is always plentiful. Haven't had maintenance issues. I do live on a second-floor unit, so I can't speak to the noise level on a first-floor unit, but I'd venture to guess that if you have a polite and courteous upstairs neighbor, you'll be fine and if you don't, well...that's a gamble you take with apartment living and it doesn't matter where you live.
