Great apartment - Allegheny Center is conveniently located near PNC Park and is walking distance from downtown. There are plenty of buses that take you to downtown and to Oakland. Like any places, there are good and bad qualities - Good : they fix things fast, very well-lit at night, very safe, the tenants are all polite and quiet, affordable rent if you get a roommate, close to CMU and Upitt campuses as well as Walnut shopping district, walkable to supermarket and fast food restaurants, well heated in winter.
