Im moving out - The garage ceiling leaks badly. Salt and water filtering through old cracked powdering concrete forms a toxic slop that continually drips on to the paint of all the vehicles. The repairs made consisted of caulking cracks up on the outside deck and plastic tarps pinned up to the soaking wet ceiling inside.
