Not too bad - I rented from S2 Properties for a year and only moved so have a larger apartment. Sandy was always very nice. The neighbors were a little strange and liked to complain about everything. The apartments were always super hot in the winter because the neighbors would leave the front door open to get cool air into their apartments, however, the thermostat was in the cold hallway! This place is horrible - Don't live here. The parking is awful and they refuse to do anything about it. It says pet friendly, but there is broken glass all over the place and my dog almost steps on it everyday.
