Good place for University Students - A nice place overall to stay. I am a student and three of us shared the 2 bedroom apartment. We did have minor issues like closet door coming out of its fixture, blocked bathroom sinks, but Jeff, the maintenance person takes care of these issues pretty quickly. Nice place, no pests, clean and spacious. I enjoyed my year long stay. I am leaving as I have to relocate to another ...Full review of Westminter Apartments

University Square #1 - University Square #1 is a cooperative apartment building. That means you buy a share of the association/corporation and receive an occupancy certificate for your apartment. So you are an owner, not a renter. There is a monthly fee that covers everything (taxes, utilities, and maintenance of common areas) except telephone/cable/internet. Owners are responsible for decoration of their ...Full review of University Square Apartments

Overall Pretty Good...a couple small complaints though. - Maintenance issues were usually resolved within a couple days. It can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of people though so sometimes its best to just find Bob (building super) walking around during the day. Its a little pricey for the size but its cleaner than a lot of other apartments, its safe, and its close to Pitt campus. Probably my biggest complaint isn't so much with the ...Full review of Camelot Apartments

Would recommend! - I lived here for two years and had a good experience. I moved only because some of my friends wanted me to go in on renting a house on SouthSide and it was going to be so cheap that I couldnt pass it up! But when I was at Bedford Hill the staff was very nice and helpful and the neighbors were all friendly too. The apartments are all new and the area is really up and coming. The only downfall ...Full review of Bedford Hill Apartments

What a great place to live! - We have now lived in two different apartments in the Cork Factory and just love it. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance issues are minimal and taken care of in a timely fashion. The grounds are beautifully kept. We have been lucky enough to live near quiet people/animals and the noise factor is minimal. One Parking space across the street is $25/month. Additional parking is ...Full review of The Cork Factory

Great Place! - I've lived here about 7 years. Heat, water and sewer are included! These units are condos and are privately owned, so condition can depend a bit on the unit owner. They are well built and the exterior maintenance is great and timely. Great pool and very friendly. Most units have a washer and dryer, but there are laundry facilities in the complex. ...Full review of Kings Grant

Greatest place so far - I left Rippey Gardens for what I thought was a better financial situation...big mistake! I would have done better struggling to pay their low rent than I did paying a cheaper rent with roommates. The Resident Manager is absolutely terrific! My neighbors are awesome! And most people have lived there for quite a while. You have the feeling of the hustle and bustle of the city, but the ...Full review of Rippey Gardens Apartments
