Alder Ridge is a good place for someone who wants a good deal. The apartment prices are cheap, and the apartments aren't too bad. The biggest problem here was the noise form the people above. Normal walking around sounded like someone was coming through the ceiling. The odd thing was, it wasn't in all the rooms. When you were in the living room or kitchen, the noise was minimal, but right above the one bedroom, it was horrible. The 2 bedroom apartment was huge, lots of closet space and living area, but the bathrooms were ridiculously small. No more than one person at a time. Parking wasn?t bad, if you cam back at midnight on a weekend, you might have to walk 100 feet, no big deal. The grounds were kept clean, snow removal was bad, they didn?t really plow until the next day and they left bags of salt for the walkways, but the whole complex is on a hill, and the runoff form the snow would freeze at night right in front of the walkways. All in all I would recommend this place.
