I have lived here for about a year now and I dont know what all of the rants are about, but the office has always been nice to me, maintenance is good, parking isnt bad, but I live in the front builing (which has the most parking) and I dont have a lot of problems with noise. It could depend on the building you are in.
Im currently residing in a one bedroom. I will admit, the kitchen is pretty small, but it has a dishwasher, a stove and a fridge. The bedroom is roomy with a nice closet and the bathroom isnt too shabby either. I also had new carpet when I moved in.
They allow you to hang as many things on your walls as you would like and dont charge you for the pin holes left behind.
There is a laundry room, but its a bit pricey... I go to a friends place to do my laundry. the machines are currently 1.25 per load on washer and also 1.25 drying with default settings.
The other residents I have met have been nice and offering help and casual conversation often. There is a park next to the property with some trails and its well kept.
I also have a guinea pig living with me at no extra cost - so caged animals are allowed as well as cats. Cats must be paid with a pet deposit though and a small monthly fee. Half of the deposit is refundable at the end of your lease. I like my apartment and I LOVE my balcony.
