I've lived here for about 6 months, and I absolutely hate this place. You can hear every step of the neighbors above, and around you to either side. The hallways and public areas are constantly filthy, parking is a joke after 4pm, the landscaping and gounds maintenance could be better accomplished by blind, wheelchair bound midgets. The foreign population is not only rude, but act as if they own the building. I don't mean that they act protective of thier property- I mean they are borderline offensive- speaking in thier language about you behind your back, loud irritating music at all hours of the day and night, and misbehaving children. One family holds meetings/ get-togethers with other foreign families, where they have been reported to police for having firearms out in a threatening manor. The management will try and nickel and dime you to the point that the "low" rate of 600 a month is now more like 1500 a month to live there. They offered free cable, but then decided not to offer it, so cable adds up to 300 a month onto the monthy rent. Add to this the charges for utilities, and you are easily over a thousand per month.

Maintenance is run by the same foreigners who are so focused on irritating other residents. They are incompetent at best, often failing to repair even the smallest problem in less than 5 trips. The maintenance staff are residents, and they hold master keys to every apartment in the complex. Unannounced walk in's are the norm, and I personally take my computer and all credit cards/ valuables with me when i leave. Numerous work requests were filed for the air conditioner in my unit not working at all. The first ticket was sent in March, and it is now nearly august and they have done nothing. The ceilings leak, and it takes maintenance 2 weeks to fix it.

If i were looking for a new apartment, I would look elsewhere. Then again, I prefer not to live with drug addicts, criminals, and illegal immigrants. That's just me, i guess.
