I have lived here for about four years now. My apartment is nice I have a combined living and dining room with plenty of space. Depending on which building you live in how well the parking situation is. The neighbors are all very friendly and you often see people sitting outside at night hanging out talking. They also now have a couple of smoke free buildings. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient to all major roadways in the north hills. I like that it sits off the main road too. Check it out for a reasonable place to live in the north hills.
